The apartment is in a quiet street (C / Hermosilla) and 2 minutes walking from the commercial area of ??Goya. The apartment has two rooms, the room for renting has a double bed, chest of drawers and large closets. It has been recently refurbished, with kitchen and bathroom in perfect condition and a spacious living room with sofa and desk area, it has lots of closets and storage loft. The rental of 700€/month (expenses of electricity, water, gas, internet not included). It includes the use of kitchen utensils.

I am looking for a roommate (girl) because the current one is moving to another city due to labor issues, the flat is very nice and I am barely at home because of work schedules. I am looking for a careful and quiet person, who would like to live in a very nice apartment in one of the best areas of Madrid.

The landlady asks as guarantee of the rent the last 3 payrolls + 600€ deposit.

The apartment is available from November 1, and the rent would be for a minimum of 1 year.
