Luxus Zimmer mit Privatbad in Lavapies

I am looking for an orderly and responsible flatmate. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious livingroom, kitchen with laundry room detached and a third room that can be used as a working area, though it has a sofa bed. The apartment is about 100m2, fully furnished. The room for rent is large and comfortable, with a 160x200 bed, two large closets and a large drawer with 6 drawers and private bathroom. It has heating with radiator, and air conditioning for summer nights. There is also a ceiling fan. 

The rent price is 650 EUR/month (with a 1 month security deposit) which includes Internet, water, electricity and gas. The only thing that is not included is the cleaning assistant, who comes every two weeks or so. She must be paid separately (20 Euros, each per cleaning).

Lavapies is the hippest neighborhood in Madrid at the moment with excellent underground connections, restaurants, gyms, bars and supermarkets all a few minutes' walk away.
