HR Generalist DACH Countries (M/F/D)

Job Summary:

Allrounder, performing all HR-related duties for the DACH countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Implementation of procedures and processes in cooperation with the business partners. Contributes to projects from Global and/or EMEA HR team

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Manages all HR-related aspects of the employee life circle

Supports the recruitment processes in the region of responsibility according to the country needs and budgets to ensure fully staffed teams

Supporting all actions for the onboarding of new team members

Working with the external payroll provider; information and control of monthly changes

Supports and implements locally all HR related programs, like the annual Performance Review Process

Administering the company cars in cooperation with an external vendor

Supporting the managers to drive the annual training planning and in identifying and assessing training needs; organizes training and development activities accordingly.

Manages all administrative aspects of employee life circle and prepares all necessary documentation to maintain up to date and accurate employee files.

Cooperates with external providers regarding HR related topics such as Health and Safety among others

Prepares and executes disciplinary measures in coordination with managers and lawyers

 

Education/Experience Requirements:

·       BA or master’s degree in HR or similar (e.g. Business, Law, Psychology) or long-term professional experience in HR

·        Min. 3 years professional experience as an HR Generalist working with Germany and ideally Switzerland & Austria

·       Native in German and fluent English language skills are mandatory

·        In-depth knowledge of local labor law, payroll, compensation & benefits systems, learning & development, talent acquisition

·       Good self-organization and professional communication skills

·        Very good service and business orientation and sense for confidentiality

·        Solid IT knowledge MS Office and HR-related IT programs; ideally SuccessFactors
