About the job
Germany is one of our main online markets and we need to incorporate a person to take care of it and also to attend our clients in our Poblenou showroom.
Detailed responsibilities:
Handle all clients doubts about our products
Manage changes and returns of products
Solve logistic issues of the parcels along with our couriers
Define and improve the customer service process along with the operations manager
Request and archive feedback of the product and services from clients
Establish a relationship with the clients as the front office representative for your area
Work in collaboration with the product and marketing areas to improve both the products and the campaigns
Attend our clients at our showroom in Poblenou
Experience & Profile
No specific previous experience is required but the selected candidate will be a really proactive person aiming to help customers and to sell our products.
The candidate must be NATIVE german speaker and fluent in English and Spanish.
The job is part time 15.30 to 20.30 Mon-Fri.
