We are recruiting a Helpdesk Technician, German Speaker for our European Help Desk Department in our main HQ in Alcobendas. Reporting to the help Desk Supervisor, you will be providing 1st level technical support to our agents´ network in Europe.

 

Your tasks would be for the following:

• Install and check all the requirements of our web system to operate both new agents equipment and former agents formatted PC´s

• Answering technical requests through call center and email ticketing.

• Diagnose and resolve technical software issues presented by the agents to guarantee the operability of the Web System

 

Qualifications:  

• Work experience in IT background or IT interest would be a plus

• High knowledge of MS Windows and Internet Explorer

• High knowledge of the Office Pack

• Excellent skills installing computers and peripherals

• Excellent communications skills (both oral and written) in German
