Part-time Online Marketing job for fashion lover!

All-time Favourites (ATF) is the Dutch online BIG BAG brand that makes the lives of busy on-the-go women more easy and more stylish! From kindergarten to work, from supermarket to gym and from the airport straight to the beach: it’s all possible with a big bag from All-time Favourites | Bags bigger than life.

ATF was launched in 2014 in Amsterdam and opened her second office and webshop in 2020 in Spain/Barcelona. The third webshop, the German, was launched in March 2020. The Dutch, the Spanish and the German webshops are run from our office in Barcelona (note: due to Covid19 we mostly work from home and only meet each other twice a week in the office).

For our German webshop we’re looking for a native German who wants to make All-time Favourites the biggest BIG BAG brand not only in the Netherlands and Spain, but also in Germany and beyond. 

You’re main responsibilities are

- Email marketing (newsletter twice a week) 

- Influencer marketing (find the right influencers in Germany with whom we can collaborate) 

- Affiliate marketing (Awin)

- Social media (Instagram, Facebook)

- Webshop management (keeping webshop up to date)

- Sales & customer support (phone, whatsapp, email)

What we’re looking for:

- All-time Favourites is a feelgood brand, so we’re looking first of all for a cheerful person

- You’re in contact with our customers so your service level should be high

- You’re good at writing: you know how to write nice messages to customers, but you’re also a creative writer for captures (on social media) and newsletters

- You’re commercial, wants to see the business grow

- You like to work in a small team and you’re capable of working independently (you’re in contact with your Spanish and Dutch colleagues on a daily base)

- You’re interested in fashion and you know what’s going on fashion-wise and influencer/celebrity-wise in Germany

- You are analytical and know how to work with Excel

- Online (marketing) experience is preferable, but your personality and the will to learn is more important

- You can start a.s.a.p.

Because the German webshop is still new and small, this job starts as a parttime job (15 hours a week, 3 hours a day)
