Ab Dienstag zeige ich eine Wohnung, die gerade in Renovierungsarbeiten ist, direkt am Plaza Cat!Gedacht ist die Wohnung für Studenten und junge Leute die arbeiten, aus verschiedenen Kulturen und Ländern!Alle Zimmer haben verschiedene Größen und Preise, liegen je nach Lage und allem, zwischen 420-550 alles inkl.

We have 10 Rooms for rent in a brandnew apartment on Plaza Catalunya opening 1st September!It's a totally new apartment, under construction right now, so we are looking for a total of 10 roommates! Contractual aspects:- Entry from 1st September with the advantage of a general contract until the 28th. Feb 2019 (you can always leave before, you just find a substitute person for the room, there is also the option to extend)- Weekly cleaning service in common areas.- € 70 of expenses included (weekly cleaning service, water, gas, electricity and internet)
Deposit 600€ & Contract fee 100€
